Latest Property Upgrade Works

After listening to feed back from our
customers our latest property upgrade works have been on
our Las Coronas property. This work
totalling some 3000 euro's has given a new look to this properties garden and sun
terrace area as well as safer and more comfortable access to the pool.
We have also added sky television to the property giving over 100 different
channel include channel 4 and sky news.

Las Cucharas awarded the Blue Flag
|

Las Cucharas beach in Costa Teguise
was recently awarded a Blue Flag.
The Blue Flag is a symbol of high environmental
standards as well as good sanitary and safety facilities at the
beach/marina.

Repeat of August heat?
|
|
Summer 2005 will go down as one of the hottest in Lanzarote
history. As the temperature gauge nudged towards 50 degrees centigrade during
the August heat wave, residents and tourists made bedrooms of their balconies and
took pool dips in the early hours! So can we expect more of the same this month?
The Gazette (Lanzarote's number one for island information) contacted London’s Met
Office for expert advice.
